Digital Photography

The U3A Photography group is comprised of people interested in learning more about photography, as well as gaining new skills. We meet each Thursday at 09.00am -11.00am at the Church of Christ U3A Vincent Campus. On occasion, we meet at other locations where we can explore photographic subjects and afterwards have “a cuppa and a chat”.

Digital photography can be as basic as the mobile phone and extend to very sophisticated equipment. However, our emphasis is helping you to find out how your camera works and helping you to learn on your own device. Subjects are set as a friendly task each week and we display our results for group comment. Viewing of web-based information is also part of our learning and exploration of topics. We welcome others to join our group to contribute skills and discussion.
